Associate Attorney

Holt Mynatt Martinez P.C. is looking for an associate lawyer to join our practice in Las Cruces. We are a small town firm, handling a wide variety of civil matters (but no criminal matters), and could use a lawyer to work on matters involving employment law, property law,commercial transactions and litigation, and the defense of civil rights claims. The successful applicant will have at least 4 years experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to work with and for wonderful clients and a few curmudgeons.  We offer a decent salary, a very good bonus for a lawyer that is willing to work, and all the traditional benefits you’d expect (health insurance, 401(k), free parking, and Starbucks coffee).
