Interesting facts about our staff:

Patty Wagner, Business Manager – graduated from NMSU in 1993 with a Master of Accountancy and in 1992 with a Bachelor of Accountancy. She has been with Holt Babington Mynatt since April of 2002. Patty serves on the Board of Directors of White Sands Federal Credit Union and is also the chair of the Supervisory Committee for White Sands Federal Credit Union. She is a current member of the Aggie Scholarship Association and attends Holy Cross Catholic Church. She loves to read, cook, do jigsaw puzzles, and attend sporting events.

Rose Dominguez, Accounting Manager – has both a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Economics and a Bachelor of Accounting. She has been with Holt Babington Mynatt since February 1998. Rose enjoys reading, walking and shopping. Unlike most people who have pictures of their children on there desk, Rose has pictures of turtles that show up at her house during the summer. A roadrunner (called Frodo) sleeps on her back porch at night.

Grace Espinosa, Legal Assistant – has the distinction of being one of the first employees hired by Holt Babington Mynatt. Grace is a graduate of Manzano High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She loves to read suspense drama novels, and cross stitch. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family. Grace is the proud mother of an Air Force daughter who has served in Iraq and a son who is in high school. She is one of the many cat lovers in our group with a furry feline friend named Dusty.

Mary Lynn Call, Legal Assistant – is a graduate of NMSU with a BA in English. She has worked for Holt Babington Mynatt since July of 1998. She is our resident culinary expert, but her interests also include reading, walking, her seven grandchildren, and working in her church.

Brandi Breen, Legal Assistant – attended El Paso Community College and Albuquerque TVI. In 2004 she completed UTEP’s Paralegal Certificate Course in and Brandi became a certified Paralegal in 2005 by passing the National Association of Legal Assistants certifying exam. She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico Paralegal Division and has been with Holt Babington Mynatt since May of 2002. An avid reader who does volunteer work through her church, she is the proud owner of two Scottish Terriers named Lola and Charlotte.

Norma J. Vega, Legal Assistant – received a diploma in Secretarial Skills from NMSU. and a diploma in Word Processing from International Business College. For her active involvement in the Dona Ana County Bar Association, she was awarded a plaque of appreciation in 1997. However, Norma’s main passion in her life is music. She is a drummer for a fabulous local band called Anthony’s Nite Liters. When time permits, she hops on the back of a Harley Davidson and cruises with her husband. She belongs to the local Elks Lodge and participates in motorcycle runs to benefit charities to help the needy. She has been with Holt Babington Mynatt since May of 2005.

Alex Cotoia, Legal Assistant – Alex is currently pursuing a degree in Government while working at Holt Babington Mynatt. He joined the firm in March of 2008. He graduated from RHAM Senior High School in Hebron, Connecticut. He has two Chihuahuas named Chica and Chico. Alex is a self professed political junkie who loves to read in his spare time. He is a transplanted New Easterner via his wife, Jessica, who is a native New Mexican.

Nikol Gonzalez, Office Assistant -Nikol graduated from Mayfield High School in 2002. She is a very busy mom to her children Ariannah and  Noah. She has a pitbull named Seriah. When she has spare time she enjoys movies, arts and crafts, writing poetry and spending time with the family. She joined Holt Babington Mynatt in December of 2007.

Chaveli Sanchez, Runner – Chaveli is currently attending NMSU. She is majoring in Criminal Justice. She is a Crimson Scholar and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. In her spare time, Chaveli enjoys dancing on a dance team with NMSU called Dancers Unlimited, reading, photography and hanging out with her friends and family. She joined Holt Babington Mynatt in February on 2008.

Carrie Tarazoff, Receptionist – Carrie is a graduate of Dona Ana Community College, where she received her Associate’s in Paralegal Studies in 2002 and is a member of the Paralegal Section of the New Mexico Bar Association. Carrie is originally from Chicago and moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1988. She has an extensive background in the medical field, having worked in that field for over twenty years. Carrie moved to the Las Cruces area in 1995. In her time away from work, Carried enjoys traveling and shopping.

Gillian Hall, Paralegal – Gillian has been a certified paralegal and a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants since 1991. Most of her career has been working in defense litigation, but she also has experience in medical malpractice, family law and criminal prosecution. Gillian joined the HMB firm in September 2008. Gillian is the proud mother of two children. Her main passion is horseback riding, but she also loves to workout, ski, cook, read and laugh with friends and family.
